SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise West/Eagle

Decent hotel with large, comfortable rooms. I expected breakfast to be excellent based on the reviews, but it was just standard - eggs and sausage patties, with no potatoes. The air conditioner was noisy and blew cold air directly on my head. There was also no access to hot water during the day to make tea or noodles; it was only available at breakfast.

A fabulous experience indeed!! Prompt service !! The very first day I experienced some issues with the shower; mentioned about it at the front desk on my way out, to my surprise the faucet was replaced upon return. The room was perfectly made every day with new towels. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable every day!! 100% satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone in Boise.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It wasn't too expensive. The rooms were clean. It was very nice that housekeeping came and cleaned each day. The rooms are spacious enough (not a ton of space). I think it is the standard set up for SpringHill Suites. I don't love that the bathroom sink and mirror are not behind a door (especially if someone is still sleeping while someone else is trying to do their hair and makeup). It was nice that instead of a pull-out couch it was a trundle bed! It is so easy to roll it out at night and put it away in the morning. Our family enjoyed the pool and the gym. Neither are super big, but they are clean. The Continental breakfast was wonderful. The lady working was very friendly. I appreciated that there was a variety of choices including healthy options and gluten free options. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times since it opened. It’s still pretty decent, but the last time I was there, I noticed it was starting to feel a bit warn. The carpet in the main areas looked rough in certain sections, the mattress in my room felt old, etc. Additionally, the breakfast left much to be desired. Red apples were the only fresh produce item available at the time (other SpringHills I’ve stayed at offered options like spinach and melon or berries), the scrambled eggs and sausage biscuits were dry, and so on. They did have a ton of oatmeal toppings, though, which was fun! Overall, it’s not a bad option, but I’d love to see the space and food freshened up a bit.

I had to call my booking company to get them to give me a room. Nobody there to process the payment when the booking company called back. They ended up letting me stay and processing the payment Monday, after an hour of running around with phone calls.

From check-in to check-out, my daughter and I enjoyed our visit. The staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was PERFECT-breads, oatmeal with toppings, cereal, juices, coffee, and buffet style eggs, potatoes, sausages and breakfast sandwiches were all very tasty!!

We stayed here a few weekends ago, and it was a fantastic stay. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Our trip was ended shortly and we had to leave earlier than planned, and TJ, the GM, was working the desk at the time and was very helpful and kind. He was able to help us out and get some of our stay refunded as it was charged all at once for multiple nights. Regardless of that happening, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will plan on being back.

Doris, who was the assistant manager, and Erica up at the front counter, both were absolutely terrific. We stayed for over a week, and the whole day was just awesome. Highly recommend.
